Everything went great, they did a outstanding job.

When my wife and I entered the facility we were given a nice welcome from both of the service counter staff people. The service manager noticed us and also went out of his way to say hello. We had a nice visit with our salesperson (Terry) and the service work was completed very quickly.

I asked for my car to get checked out because it was not shifting correctly during a 10-hour road trip. The mechanic never looked at my transmission or checked for fluid levels. Which I was able to discover is likely the issue cause of the issues I was having after 5 mins. The mechanic took the car for a drive 2 times. (I know that at least the second drive was less than 10 minutes because they called me to tell me my car was ready to pick up 20 minutes after I came in (When I came in at 2:20, they said they hadn't had a time to look at my vehicle, I dropped the car off at 9am) At 2:40 they called to ask me to pick up my car. The documents stated that the mechanic took the car on 2 test drives. Took the tires off and checked the brakes. (If I had an issue with shifting during a long 10-hour trip, and no issues during any short trips I've taken in the last two weeks. It is doubtful that the issue can be replicated by short driving trips.) I understand they checked for codes, but there would be no codes since no warning lights went on. So everything they did was pointless, almost certainly going to come to the conclusion that no errors were noticed. If you fail to even look at the thing acting up, you will never find a problem. So it looks like you did something when you honestly did nothing.

I was in a car accident , the car was totaled. Everyone, starting with Jim at the body shop, Lisa in sales and the finance person, Chris Rodenroth helped with Insurance procedures , and helping to get me in a new car quick..I am very appreciative

I came in for an oil change and engine air cleaner filter replacement based on the prices listed on the website, $25.68 and $9. When I arrived, I was told it would be $69.88 just for the oil change and $80 for the filter. The service advisor was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help even after I showed her the pricing. She made me feel uncomfortable, and this isn't the first time I’ve dealt with rudeness here. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the checkout staff member was kind, professional, and honored the online pricing after verifying it. I appreciated her help but I don’t plan to return. The attitude of the advisors has been consistently unpleasant, and that’s not something I’m willing to keep dealing with.
